CRUSA is proud to announce that the FC Bucks Girls division of our club has been accepted into the Elite Clubs National League. The ECNL is a non-profit national youth soccer league founded in 2009 to provide the best possible developmental environment for American female youth soccer players through the creation of the highest level of national competition and an identification and development program to provide an avenue for players to participate in U.S. Soccer’s National Teams. Our clubs acceptance was one of 12 new clubs accepted into this prestigious new league and makes CRUSA/FC Bucks girls one of only 52 clubs in the country that have been accepted. Membership in the ECNL will bring many great opportunities to the member teams including advanced player development, a great competitive structure to compete at the highest levels nationally, a unique player identification program for national teams and the best opportunity for college showcase exposure.
FC Bucks Girls #14 Youth Soccer Club in the Country for 2010 Soccer America magazine released its annual top 30 list of the best youth soccer clubs in America for 2010 and FC Bucks was listed at #14 in the country on the list of girls clubs. Soccer America is the country’s leading national soccer communications company, publishing a monthly magazine and 20 e-newsletter editions each week for its members. This is a prestigious honor for our club to be recognized in the top 30 clubs in the country. | With four consecutive semi-final finishes since the beginning of the 2011, the CRUSA/FC Bucks Fury have a total of 23,722 ranking points and are 7th in the nation, 5th in the region and 2nd in Pennsylvania. Since 2005, when the girls won the Hershey Kicks 4 Kids and Epic Tournament while playing up a year, the Fury have made it to the finals in over 25 events, earning 11 championship titles, including winning the JAGS 30th Annual Tournament (G13 Red) and 2nd Annual Primo Cup (G14 Championship) in the last year. In addition, the girls were also semi-finalists in the Pennsylvania East Spring State Cup 2010 (G14 Flight), 11th Annual FC DELCO Players Cup (G13 Championship) and CASL VisitRaleigh.com NSS Girls Shootout (G14 Elite Predator) and finalists in the FC Stars Cup 2010 (G14 Premiership White). So far this year, they have finished as semi-finalists in the Manhattan Soccer Club Kick-Off Classic (G14 Platinum), FC Europa Turf Cup (G14 Championship), 2011 Jefferson Cup Girls Showcase (G14 Elite) and most recently, the PDA Spring Kickoff 2011 (G14 Red). This spring, the Fury, coached by Rich Finneyfrock and comprised of Nicole Caffey, Ashley Maziarz, Danielle DeMichael, Allison Vickers, Devon Buenaga, Bianca Gazonas, Leigh Bertolet, Dominique DeMarco, Meredith Lahetta, Victoria Hill, Michaela Finneyfrock, Amanda McDermott, Lauren Brown, Jessica Sacco, Laura Leonard, Dakota Mills, Paige Bergman and Lauren Griffith, will be competing in the MAPS MSSL Tournament, EPYSA NCS State Cups, Eastern Pennsylvania Invitational Classic and FC DELCO Players Cup. |
